Branch Teller

We are seeking a customer-focused and trustworthy Branch Teller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling money exchange and remittance transactions, providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations, and maintaining accurate transaction records while safeguarding company assets.

Key Responsibilities 1. Process foreign currency exchange and remittance transactions accurately and efficiently. 2. Verify customer identity and perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) in accordance with AML/CFT requirements. 3. Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service. 4. Handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate cash balances throughout the day.
